AHS brings together three skill sets across community, finance and property development to find a tailored solution for each individual challenge.

AHS offers an 'open architecture' approach, revealing to partners and stakeholders how we solve problems.

This facilitates the sharing of information and the opportunity for partners and stakeholders to learn and develop their own skills.

AHS does not operate as a consultancy or a contractor. Consequently we prefer to structure our remuneration commensurate with the success we achieve.

Our services

The AHS team has in-depth experience in relevant fields.

However AHS is not a:

developer, but will work closely with developers to negotiate and facilitate the smooth acquisition of land or completed dwellings for affordable housing,
builder, but will engage builders to construct affordable dwellings,
banker, but will negotiate with banks to arrange finance for affordable housing projects, and
housing association, but will work closely with housing associations to procure the ownership and/or management of affordable housing.

We are focused on long-term solutions to deliver sustainable affordable housing.
